Knowing Jesus Christ is the path to life. Jesus Christ died for you, so that you may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10) In order to do so, here are some things to think about. The Bible Declares:

• "For all have sinned and fall short of th glory of God" (Romans 3:23) We have all messed up and missed the mark.
• "For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23) We all should be sentenced to death because of our sins

However, Jesus Christ paid the price, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8) Jesus took our place so that we would have the right to eternal life.

Therefore, we gain our salvation through faith in Jesus and his sacrifice for us, "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10)
